Recipe: Healthy Cottage cheese muffins

What you’ll be needing:

  • Cottage cheese – 250 gram.
  • Banana – 1 piece.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Oat Bran  – 3 tbsp.

  

What is the nutritional value (per muffin):

  • Calories: 40 kcal
  • Proteins: 15 gram
  • Carbohydrates: 10 gram

  

 How we will be cooking this:

  • Take a deep bowl and mix together cottage cheese, banana, egg and oat bran. You can use pestle for better result. When it’s mixed, take silicon or any other small baking forms and fill them with the mixture.
  • Heat up oven for 160 C.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes. When its ready, let it cool down.
  • Our healthy muffins taste the best with honey or jam and hot tea or any other hot drink.
