Vegetarian Oatmeal Cookies with Bran

 What you’ll be needing:

  • Oatmeal Flour – 1.5 cups.
  • Walnuts – as per taste.
  • Honey  – 2 tbsp.
  • Oatmeal bran – 2 tbsp.
  • Oatmeal – 1 tbsp.
  • Prunes – as per taste.
  • Water – few tablespoons.

 

What is the nutritional value (per serving):

  • Calories – 200 kcal.
  • Proteins – 10.8 gram.
  • Fats – 5.6 gram.
  • Carbohydrates – 40 gram.

 

How we will be cooking this:

  • Take a deep bowl and pour dry ingredients : oatmeal flour, brans, baking soda, oatmeal and then mix it well.
  • Cut prunes and walnuts into small pieces and and put into bowl to dry the ingredients. Add honey and add 2-3 tablespoons of water and start mixing if needed add more. Dough should have consistency of thick cream.
  • Preheat oven to 170 C. Take flat baking tray and cover with foil. Use tea spoon to form cookies, make sure you place them around 5 cm from each other. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
