How we will be cooking this:
- Take a large bowl and mix eggs, sugar and salt; very well together with a whisk or a fork.
- Then add milk, oil and soda to the mixture and blend it nicely once again.
- Then add the flour and oat bran (optional) to it and keep mixing it until it becomes smooth. The batter will turn out quite thick.
- Heat up a non-stick frying pan to a medium heat level. Brush a thin layer of vegetable oil evenly on your pan.
- Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and then fry it for 1-2 minutes until small bubbles form at the surface and at the edges. Pancakes should be of golden brown colour. Flip it and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
- Keep the cooked pancakes warm until you finish cooking. You can cover them with a lid of the pan or another plate.
- Now our pancakes are ready to be served and eaten. You can choose any topping you want like peanut butter, low fat yoghurt with any kind of berries, honey etc. Enjoy your meal 😀.
