What you’ll be needing:

  • Bulgur – 1 cup.
  • Tomato – 2 pieces.
  • Onion (small) – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 2-3 pieces.
  • Boiled hot water  – 1.5 cups.
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – as per taste.
