Fill a pot with 1,5-2 litres of water and make it boil on a high flame. When water is boiling, lower the flame and dissolve the melted cheese one by one and make sure you keep on stirring.
Wash and peal potatoes and carrot. Cut them into cubes and put them into water with cheese.
Grate the pealed carrot. Peal the onion and garlic and then chop it into small pieces. Heat a non stick frying pan with olive oil and start frying garlic and onion together and then add the carrot.
When potato is boiled, add fried veggies and mix it well and keep it on a low flame for 5 more minutes. In the end, add the washed and chopped greens, shrimps and salt and pepper as per taste and boil this for another 5 minutes.
