Cheese Soup with Shrimps and Greens

 What you’ll be needing:

  • Shrimps – 15 pieces.
  • Melted Cheese – 400 grams.
  • Carrot  – 1 piece.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Greens – 1 beam.
  • Prunes – as per taste.
  • Potatoes – 4 pieces.
  • Garlic – 3 pieces.
  • Salt – as per taste.
  • pepper – as per taste.
  • Olive Oil – 1 tbsp.

 

What is the nutritional value (per serving):

  • Calories – 350 kcal.
  • Proteins – 35.2 gram.
  • Fats – 12 gram.
  • Carbohydrates – 60 gram.

 

How we will be cooking this:

  • Fill a pot with 1,5-2 litres of water and make it boil on a high flame. When water is boiling, lower the flame and dissolve the melted cheese one by one and make sure you keep on stirring.
  • Wash and peal potatoes and carrot. Cut them into cubes and put them into water with cheese.
  • Grate the pealed carrot. Peal the onion and garlic and then chop it into small pieces. Heat a non stick frying pan with olive oil and start frying garlic and onion together and then add the carrot.
  • When potato is boiled, add fried veggies and mix it well and keep it on a low flame for 5 more minutes. In the end, add the washed and chopped greens, shrimps and salt and pepper as per taste and boil this for another 5 minutes.
