What you’ll be needing:
- Shrimps – 15 pieces.
- Melted Cheese – 400 grams.
- Carrot – 1 piece.
- Onion – 1 piece.
- Greens – 1 beam.
- Prunes – as per taste.
- Potatoes – 4 pieces.
- Garlic – 3 pieces.
- Salt – as per taste.
- pepper – as per taste.
- Olive Oil – 1 tbsp.
What is the nutritional value (per serving):
- Calories – 350 kcal.
- Proteins – 35.2 gram.
- Fats – 12 gram.
- Carbohydrates – 60 gram.
How we will be cooking this:
- Fill a pot with 1,5-2 litres of water and make it boil on a high flame. When water is boiling, lower the flame and dissolve the melted cheese one by one and make sure you keep on stirring.
- Wash and peal potatoes and carrot. Cut them into cubes and put them into water with cheese.
- Grate the pealed carrot. Peal the onion and garlic and then chop it into small pieces. Heat a non stick frying pan with olive oil and start frying garlic and onion together and then add the carrot.
- When potato is boiled, add fried veggies and mix it well and keep it on a low flame for 5 more minutes. In the end, add the washed and chopped greens, shrimps and salt and pepper as per taste and boil this for another 5 minutes.
