Quick way to cook gluten free muffins

 What you’ll be needing:

  • Sugar –  3tbsp.
  • Eggs –  3 pieces.
  • Baking Soda  – 1/4 tsp.
  • Raisins – 40 grams.
  • Nuts – 30 grams.
  • Corn Flour – 6 tbsp.

What is the nutritional value (per serving):

  • Calories – 109 kcal.
  • Proteins – 4.2 gram.
  • Fats – 15.6 gram.
  • Carbohydrates – 3.4 gram.

 

How we will be cooking this:

  • First of all, let’s separate egg white from egg yolk. Then take a deep bowl and start whipping egg whites with a mixer and slowly add sugar. Keep whipping until you will get thick white foam.
  • Chop the nuts nicely.
  • Add to our whipped whites; three yolks, baking soda, raisins and chopped nuts. Then mix everything nicely and by using mixer, whip it once again.
  • When everything looks smooth, pour in corn flour and mix it once again with spoon.
  • Preheat the oven to 170-180 C. I used silicon muffin baking trays. Bake around 15 minutes until golden colour.
