First of all, let’s separate egg white from egg yolk. Then take a deep bowl and start whipping egg whites with a mixer and slowly add sugar. Keep whipping until you will get thick white foam.
Chop the nuts nicely.
Add to our whipped whites; three yolks, baking soda, raisins and chopped nuts. Then mix everything nicely and by using mixer, whip it once again.
When everything looks smooth, pour in corn flour and mix it once again with spoon.
Preheat the oven to 170-180 C. I used silicon muffin baking trays. Bake around 15 minutes until golden colour.
