What you’ll be needing:
- Avocado – 1 piece.
- Tomato – 1 piece.
- Arugula – one bunch.
- Canned Tuna – 1 jar.
- Olive Oil – 1 tsp.
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp.
- Sea Salt – as per taste.
- Finely chopped garlic – 1 piece.

How we will be cooking this:
- First of all, cut the avocado in half and remove it’s seeds.
- Mash the avocado by using a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice, add olive oil, salt pepper & chopped garlic; then mix everything nicely.
- Take a deep bowl and pour the egg whites with sugar and salt. Mix it with a mixer for more than 15 minutes until Bizet is thick and white.
- Peel the tomato. To do that, put it in hot boiling water for a minute and then put again in cold water for easier peeling.
- After peeling, cut the tomato into cubes.
- Take a flat dish and put the tomatoes on the bottom. Then put a layer of avocado and finally on the top, a layer of tuna.
- Garnish it with arugula and green onions.
