How to make the yummylicious omelette with veggies

What you’ll be needing:

  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Parsley – as per taste.
  • Dill – as per taste.
  • Green onion  – as per taste.
  • Mushrooms – three pieces.
  • Red bell pepper  – 1/4 piece.
  • Salt – as per taste.
  • Red sweet paprika – 0.5 tsp.
  • Olive oil – 0.5 tsp.
  • Cheese (optional) – as per taste.

  • Proteins: 20 gram
  • Carbohydrates: 25 gram

  

 How we will be cooking this:

  • Take a deep bowl and pour scramble eggs. Add salt, pepper, paprika and mix it well once again.
  • Take dill, parsley and green onion and then chop them nicely and add to scrambled eggs..
  • Cut mushrooms, red bell pepper into cubes.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan with olive oil on a medium flame. When frying pan is hot enough, fry the mushrooms and red bell pepper cubes together until they have golden edges and then pour scrambled eggs with greens over it.
  • Cover with a lid, lower the flame and cook for about 5 minutes. After that, remove the lid and turn the omelet to another side. To make it easier for you, cut it into pieces using wooden scoop and turn every piece one after the other. Fry for 1 more minute.
  • When ready, you can gather cheese over the omelette and cover with a lid for 1 more minute. Don’t forget to turn off the fire.
