How we will be cooking this:

  • Put the chicken breast in slightly salted boiling water and cook until its ready (10-15 min). While the chicken breast is cooking, you can also boil quail eggs for about 5 minutes..
  • When chicken is ready; take it out of the water, cut it into small pieces and fry on a non-stick frying pan with 2-3 drops of olive oil few minutes until it has golden edges.
  • Take a piece of black whole wheat bread and cut into small cubes or sticks. Heat a non-stick frying pan and then fry them 2-3 minutes.
  • Heat up a non-stick frying pan to a medium heat level. Brush a thin layer of vegetable oil evenly on your pan.
  • Cut green salad leaves or gently rip with your hands into pieces.
  • Take Cherry tomatoes and then cut them into 2-4 pieces. Grate some cheese or you can slice thin layers.
  • Take a flat dish and place all the ingredients layer-wise, season with olive oil, salt and pepper. (Note: Instead of chicken breast you can use shrimps). Enjoy your meal 😀. Stay healthy and happy!
