What you’ll be needing:
- Bulgur – 1 cup.
- Tomato – 2 pieces.
- Onion (small) – 1 piece.
- Garlic – 2-3 pieces.
- Boiled hot water – 1.5 cups.
- Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – as per taste.
- Black pepper – as per taste.

- Proteins – 12.29 grams.
- Fats – 1.33 grams.
- Carbohydrates – 57.57 grams.
How we will be cooking this:
- First of all, chop finely garlic and onion. Take a big bowl and soak bulgur with hot water for 30 minutes.
- Peal out tomatoes by putting them in a boiling water for 1 minute and then shift in a cold water, also for 1 minute. When pealing is done, gather the tomatoes.
- In a deep frying pan heat olive oil in a medium heat. Add our onion and fry until soft , after that add chopped garlic.
- After a couple of minutes add the tomatoes, tomato paste and a little bit of water. Stir and then cover with a lid. Let it Simmer for 10-13 minutes.
- Add our soaked bulgur and mix everything once again.
- Fill everything with water, add salt and pepper. Cover with a lid once again and cook for about 15 minutes.
- When cooking is finished let it cool down for about 30 minutes.
