Fresh and Delicious Zucchini Pancakes

Zucchini Pancakes

What you’ll be needing:

  • Zucchini – 2 pieces.
  • Eggs – 1  piece.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Pepper – as per taste.
  • Flour – 6 tbsp.
  • Vegetable Oil.
  • Salt – as per taste.

  • Fats – 2.61 gram

  

 How we will be cooking this:

  • Wash the zucchini nicely and then grate it inside a large bowl. You can use the same grater for onion or you can select to chop it fine and nicely instead.
  • Mix the zucchini and onion nicely and then add egg and flour to the mix. Make sure that you sift the flour before adding.  Stir everything very well and then add salt and pepper.
  • Take a non-stick frying pan and then preheat it on a medium fire. Add few drops of vegetable oil inside the pan.
  • Take a table spoon and then use it for forming pancakes of any size you might like.
  • Fry it on each side of the pancake for about 5 minutes.
