First of all you need to boil potatoes. After that; you peal them, cut into cubes and put them into a pot and then fill with water, making sure the water covers potatoes for 2 -3 cm. Boil them until soft for about 20 minutes on medium heat . To make sure it’s ready, take a fork or knife and stub it in the potato. If it’s soft enough then it’s ready.
Nicely clean onions and mushrooms. Chop the onions and mushrooms and then cut into slices. Heat a non stick frying pan with olive oil on a medium heat and fry onions until it turns gold, and after that add mushrooms and keep frying until its ready (5-7 minutes). Don’t forget to mix it once in a while.
When everything is ready, put all the ingredients (mushrooms, potatoes, sour cream, pepper and salt) in a blender and blend until smooth.
