How we will be cooking this:
- Mix water, salt, sugar and vinegar in a big bowl. Cut the onions into half rings and place into the marinade prepared for 20 minutes.
- Now we will cook poached eggs. Begin by Salting the water and drop a few drops of vinegar to soften the water and then put on the fire. When the bubbles begin to form, but the water is not boiling yet; start stirring the water with a spoon and in the same time pour the egg(s) and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon of boiling water and put in ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Take Pepper, tomato and cucumber and then cut into small slices.
- Take a flat wide dish. Put lettuce and then tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, tuna and our pickled onions. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Then put poached eggs & olives and serve.
- (Note: Instead of regular eggs you can use boiled quail eggs) Enjoy your meal! 😀 Stay healthy and happy!!
