Chinese Style Noodles with Shrimps

What you’ll be needing:

  • Dry noodles (rice or buckwheat) – 200 grams
  • Bell Peppers – 1-2 pieces
  • Onion – 1 piece large
  • Chinese Cabbage  –  7-8 large leaves
  • Garlic – 3-4 Cloves
  • Shrimps – 250 grams
  • Salt and pepper – as per taste
  • Olive Oil – 1 spoon
  • Soy Sauce – few spoons
  • Pineapple – Half (Sliced through the middle)

  

What is the nutritional value (per serving):

  • Calories – 259.00 kcal.
  • Protein – 5.80 gram.
  • Fat – 7.00  gram.
  • Carbohydrates – 14.00 grams.

 

  How we will be cooking this:

  • Take Onions and garlic and then chop them as finely as possible . Heat a non stick frying pan on a medium head with olive oil and add the chopped garlic and onion in it . Fry for 5 minutes. Then add shrimps and keep frying for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Take Pepper and cabbage and then cut them into thin strips and add to the onions. Simmer for around 7 minutes.
  • Put chopped pineapples and then pour the sauce, and season it with salt & pepper.
  • Follow the regular noodles instructions about how to boil it and once its ready add it to our veggies.
  • Adjust the seasoning and salt if needed. You can also sprinkle with sesame seeds (roasted) and lemon juice (lime). Enjoy your meal! Stay healthy and happy 🙂
