Classic Vinaigrette Salad

What you’ll be needing:

  • Potatoes – 2 pieces.
  • Red beet – 2 small pieces.
  • Pickled Cucumber – 2 pieces.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Carrot – 2 small pieces or 1 big piece.
  • Olive Oil – as per taste.
  • Black Pepper – as per taste.
  • Balsamic Vinegar – as per taste.

  • Carbohydrates: 29.5 gram

  

 How we will be cooking this:

  • Boil the potatoes, red beets and carrots without peeling for 30 to 40 minutes until ready. You can check it if it’s ready with a knife.
  • When it’s ready, make sure you take it out of water and let it cool for some time.
  • Peel the potatoes, carrots and red beets and cut into small cubes and then do the same with the onions and pickled cucumbers.
  • Take a deep bowl and then mix all the vegetables and season it with salt and pepper. In the end, add vinegar and mix this well once again.
  • Keep salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour before eating.
