What you’ll be needing:
- Potatoes – 2 pieces.
- Red beet – 2 small pieces.
- Pickled Cucumber – 2 pieces.
- Onion – 1 piece.
- Carrot – 2 small pieces or 1 big piece.
- Olive Oil – as per taste.
- Black Pepper – as per taste.
- Balsamic Vinegar – as per taste.

How we will be cooking this:
- Boil the potatoes, red beets and carrots without peeling for 30 to 40 minutes until ready. You can check it if it’s ready with a knife.
- When it’s ready, make sure you take it out of water and let it cool for some time.
- Peel the potatoes, carrots and red beets and cut into small cubes and then do the same with the onions and pickled cucumbers.
- Take a deep bowl and then mix all the vegetables and season it with salt and pepper. In the end, add vinegar and mix this well once again.
- Keep salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour before eating.
